My beginner flow state coaching program designed to give you tools and information to access flow when you choose to (not just whenever it happens to happen).
It’s a cruisey 3 session, 6 week container, where we’ll identify your flow triggers and work through your blocks.

I’m a forest dwelling homesteader, flow state coach, virtual assistant, systems consultant, talk-show producing manifesting generator who happens to be pretty obsessed with accessing flow states as often as I can.
As you can see.. I wear many hats 👒
From gardening, ritual, folk herbalism, creative expression, community connection, and elemental embodiment to flow state and creative system design…
I have a lotttt of passions which means my hands are in many pies. 🥧
It’s actually impossible for me to consolidate my interests — and I would never want to because they all bring me SO much joy.
So instead, I’ve found ways to get into flow doing all these things.
I started Kairos Flow to help people like you remember their place in ecology as powerful and creative collaborators 🎉
That means I hold authenticity at the utmost importance!!
Because when we’re connected to our essence - and the ecology around us - we’re empowered (and inspired) to create.
🌀 But the CREATIVE PROCESS is what I really focus on. 🌀
I help people get into blissful flow states doing what they love
so that they can self-actualize
so that they can enjoy pleasurable productivity in a well-balanced way
so that their nervous systems are regulated as much as possible
and so that they can CREATE what they wish to see in the world.. and be really freaking great at it.
(high achiever energy but add in big doses of soul/body/heart nourishment 🌈 )
I’m currently working 1:1 with people (I freaking love intimate heart-to-heart sessions - scorpio sun over here 👋🏼)
